Communication designer and project maker, from 1987 he adopted digital art as a creative sphere, transversally moving among expressive languages linked to the form the image and research.

Trained at the Florence ISIA, he founded and directs various studios (B&Pcomunicazione, TheBrainFarm, ImaginAria, MBVision).

He has carried out the planning, the creative management and the project management of the corporate image for clients like the Piaggio, Bianchi, General Electric, IBM and Alinari, as well as traditional publishing, the planning and direction of events, digital spheres like the web, video, animation, and interactive offline products like CD-roms and DVDs.

He has specialized in the design of computer instruments for museums and archives (Alinari, Piaggio Foundation). He designed and is the technological coordinator for Alinari for the AIM Museum (Alinari Image Museum) in Trieste.

He won the E-commerce SMAU 1999 award with Alinari online, the "Utente Macintosh User of the Year" award in 1994, and his work is published in magazines and websites.

He designs and is creative director of events like Fiabesque, Crea©tivity, Solidaria, Pegasus.

He started teaching in 1993 again in the spheres of communication design and digital technologies and, since 2001, has been teaching at the Florence ISIA, where he holds the course on " Communication Strategies of the Project" for the two-year specialisation course in Product Design and the optional "Communications and New Media" course for the three-year course. He moreover teaches for professional courses and at private ad ministerial institutions.

He has carried out many publications connected with research and fiction.

In his spare time he also flies small planes.
